Fabulous cactus blooms! ... and more...

Spring is here and I will be putting up a lot of Flower photos taken at various locations around SoCal. Click on photo to reveal details of camera settings as well as location taken.I enjoy colorful flowers but don't ask me to identify them. If you wish to identify these flowers be my guest. Click on the flower and then on comment. I have just added a group of unuaual Cactus blossoms that I took at the extensive Cactus Gardens at Huntington Library and Gardens in San Marino (Pasadena area). The Huntington has one of the largest Cactus collections in the US if not the world. 4,000+ species. In the case of 2 or more similar photos of the same flower I will later remove the photo with the least amount of hits. Have no fear however as I will be adding many, many new flowers photos thoughout the coming year.
