This is a view of where the main doors were located within the old Kabul City Police Headquarters. The building was occupied at the time of the bombing. The damage was done by a IED (Improvised Explosive Device) placed into a vehicle that was left parked outside the main doors. I can't remember the date of the incident, however, it was in 2004.
