He had'em all the way. A lady from Mexico sitting next to us asked with a thick accent how we came to the conference. I answered, "Um, we drove". She then asked, no, how did you come to be at the conference? Are you physicists? I replied, "No, we're retired". :O) I did go on to say we were Sean's parents, and we had a good laugh.

On the road, from Dubois, WY going through Bridger-Teton National Forest. This is different from Grand Teton National Park north of Jackson Hole.

First stop in the park - Old Faithful.

It goes off about every 90 minutes.

What?!?!? Is that it?!?!? Took all of 2 minutes. Shot maybe 25 ft in the air. :O)

Continued around the west loop, stopping in Biscuit Basin. The park is full of hot spring areas, not just Old Faithful.

The whole place was a "hotbed of activity".

Rest stop in Montana, on our way up to Livingston to stay overnight.

Back to the Springs the next morning, after overnight in Livingston, MT. We considered going up to Glacier National Park but decided to save that for a northwest trip, perhaps through Yosemite.

Next morning, went back to Grand Teton National Park to get pics of the mountains in the morning light.

End of a great day and trip. Spent the night in Jacobs Lake. Will have to go back to get to the Grand Canyon North Rim as well as photo the Vermillion cliffs.
