The jig is up! (Upside down, actually)

Paramount MX pier with jig (upside down) to test that the J-bolts match the holes in the pier and can rotate within the slots, which provides +/- 5 deg. azimuth adjustment. Redesign - make the hole 2ft x 2 ft x 4ft deep and put an 18" cap on it. Advised Mike. I will need to make the cap out of a sheet of 4x4 plywood with an 18" hole in the middle with 2x4's as a ridge. Then, the jig will sit on top of that.
