Lithgow Zig Zag

Preserved narrow gauge railway of Queensland origin over the former standard gauge NSW Zig Zag that brought trains down the western side of the Great Divide. It was abandoned in 1910 after the construction of the 10 tunnels deviation.

I enjoyed your Zig Zag Railway photos. I can remember the railcars (# 006) in use in Brisbane.
