I've been trying out demo versions of various chromakey programs:
Primatte 3.0, Photokey 2.1, Fluid Mask 3, and Mask Pro 4.1.

Photokey wins hand down for speed and simplicity, and gives quite good results.
This photo was done with Mask Pro, however, which offers much more flexibility.
