It will be interesting to see what the State does with this area in terms of public access. The view out towards Cane Creek Mountain is gorgeous. Rick is actually standing in a mostly safe area and is on dry rock. One careless step by someone in this area could result in a death slide, tho. Should the State close off public access, or allow it with 'Death awaits you past this point' signs and let people chose their own fates?
