Our drought stricken area was blessed with some soaking rains this week. I had today off from work and was keeping an eye on the radar. If today's rain showed signs of easing up, I was going to head to Chimney Rock Park and Hickory Nut Falls. By late morning, I was on my way. What I hadn't counted on was fog. On my way up the trail I passed a fellow coming out with camera gear. We stopped and had a good chat. Keith has some excellent images of the area. Check 'em out at -
