We liked this house even more after visiting with Patton. We made an offer, they countered and we accepted. Here we are about a week later with him and our home inspector doing his thing at the dining room table. (I'm using an ultra-wide angle lens on some of these, so the pictures look a little distorted.) The inspection only revealed minor flaws and everything else checked out OK. Patton really made the deal happen and we closed on May 19 - the anniversary of when Cindy and I first met in Cades Cove.
