The wide driveway curves around to the carport and allows for plenty of parking and turn around area. Some of the places we looked at had steep and narrow driveways - getting a moving truck and other delivery trucks in would have been impossible. The magnolia is actually one big one and several smaller ones that have rooted and grown into the big one. There's also a massive Roses of Sharon at the back deck that will be trimmed.
