The LeQuire cantilever barn is positioned across the mill race behind the mill. Cantilever design originated in Europe hundreds of years ago. The overhang provides shelter for animals and farm equipment. By now the light was getting low, so I headed back to the loop in hopes of finding a good place for a sunset.
