The Big Creek section of the Smokies is one of my favorite areas for early April wildflowers. Unfortunately, I-40 was closed during this time due to a rock slide and I didn't feel like going around the long way. I-40 opened up this past week and I was hoping there would still be some leftover wildflowers to shoot.
