While we were on the 2nd level of Triple Falls, we noticed people at the top of the falls. I had never seen people up there and figured they were just some crazies. Our next stop was High Falls and the trail was going to take us right by the top of the falls. I had been this way quite a few times before and had never noticed a path out to the top, but by gosh there is one - and it's a very safe area as long as you use common sense. The view below was incredible.
