Our pal Cathy called Friday night to see what we were up to on Saturday and she opted to join us even though we had no definite plan in mind. The only thing we knew was we were going to head up 281 north in to Jackson County. Our first stop turned out to be a place Harry and I had been to, but Cathy hadn't. It's private property so I can't say where it is - sorry. It's a very short section of the river where a series of pot holes have been carved and form a small gorge. It reminds me of sections of Bonas Defeat Gorge.
