After we had taken a picture of a bear at a lake near our gravel pit, we were driving along the gravel road to town. This fox was out on the shore of a little lake along the road. The fox had slapped a bunch of fingerlings out onto the bank. They were flopping around before their angler retreated to eat them. We stopped the truck and took some pictures. I was disappointed because I ran out of film after this photo. After that happened, we approached so closely I could have taken a picture of the fox’s body filling up the whole screen.
