I’m not sure if this is my PotD, or if my PotD is a latent image inside this canister. I expect there are more interesting pictures than this inside the cnister! The Kodachrome I ordered last week still hasn’t arrived and with Todd shooting Kodachrome like it’s going out of fashion, I felt the need to shoot some film. I had a roll of Kodak 400UC in the fridge, and threw it and the EOS 50E in a bag before heading to the beach. Actually, I hate 400UC. Or rather my film scanner does, and all but the most expensive labs mess up printing it. But then, these days, all but the most expensive labs mess up printing any colour neg film! So, this roll’s going off to my favourite pro lab for dev and scan to CD. Some of them might end up here on pbase.

Oh, and for those wags who are bound to ask... what’s film?
