Apr 8: Stain

I wonder how long this structure can rust like this before it collapses. It's part of the swimming pool pool complex the LM photographed today.

Oh and to answer Robin - how do I like the camera? Now I've used it in good light I think it's great. I shot today at ISO 400 which gives pretty much noise free pics with great colour. The lens is sharp and shows little or no distortion. Fast focus and no shutter lag, and it fits in a pocket. Can't ask for much more.

Very interesting details of decay, although I probably shouldn't say that with Linda off to the dentist !

A great find.
The rust-flow gives the impression of ripples, flowing almost like pleated fabric.
As there appears to be a walk-way above and the glass bricks imply a room below, you are right to speculate how long this support can continue in its supporting role.
