The Organic Radish

I bought this organic radish, because of its lovely tail, and it looks like a white mouse.
I had no idea how to cook and then sliced the radish very thick,
just boiled it with some mushrooms even without salt or any flavour.
It tastes natural sweet and delicious was amazing!

The Daikon Radish

I would have thought it might be hot (spicy).
Mushrooms with just about anything are good though : )

It looks very healthy.
We call it a Daikon radish, can be used in stir fry or in Chinese white cake.

A tail is as good a reason as any to buy vegetables :0) It does look like a mouse.
