Azerbaijani garmon virtuoso!

He is Rahman Asadollahi.

I'm not smart enough to be making all this up. Memorizing performance!
The guy was absolutely amazing on the garmon(Azerbaijani accordion) that he was given at age 17.
It was one of the very many events at the free International accordion festival in San Antonio.
