I like it because I believe I understand. As doctors you have to somehow shield yourselves from the sometimes painful subjective involvement with some of your patients' suffering. The shot does reflect the pediatric angle. Great the way the "bad taste" coincides with my own blunt efforts to express my firsthand suffering, Vernon.
