Cuenca

Cuenca is one of many cities within Spain that are World Heritage Cities. Cuenca sits in the region of Castile La Mancha between the Jucar and Huecar river canyons. During our stay here, we were only in the old part of Cuenca, which is where you will find the famous hanging houses that overlook the canyon. While in Cuenca, we stayed at the Cuenca Parador, which is an old Dominican convent. I hope you enjoy seeing the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.
