Southern Ethiopia is not very well known, but is the home of the most diverse and fascinating peoples of the country. More than 45 languages are spoken and especially the tribes which inhabit the Omo region are immensely fascinating and colourful. You can almost imagine yourself having entered a time machine and come out in ancient times.
