Very nice perspective and lighting. Truly a beautiful building. "V"
Heard this morning that the elected officials working inside have a 10% approval rating. 10% too high in my opinion.

All three branches of government have been "out to lunch" for over 4 years!
globalgadabout01-Oct-2013 14:11
fine shot that captures the grandeur and ideals of a nation...unfortunate that many politicians don't get it, act ridiculously, and create a fiasco of a situation..
Ghislaine et Réal Boulet01-Oct-2013 13:35
Very nice picture.
Sam Rua01-Oct-2013 13:35
Very nice detail and comp, Stephanie. Odd that the inscription (E Pluribus Unum) on the statue that adorns this building has not been followed by those working from within. I feel bad for the government employees and visitors to the area that are affected by the shutdown.
danad01-Oct-2013 13:29
Superb light and details. By chance the view outside cannot be hide by any shutdown. V.
