Earrings purchased at Old Orient Jewelers in Athens, Greece in 1994.
I tried ouzo for the first time in my life in this shop. Tony the jeweler mixed it with orange juice. Twas yummy!

From the thumbnail I thought in the following order:
Ancient Roman cart wheels . . . wrong
Some fancy buttons . . . wrong again
And never occurred in my mind to be earrings!
