Here is the church, here is the steeple

Christ Church is located at Second and Market Streets, Philadelphia and was built between 1727-1744.
The architect was Dr. John Kersley who built this magnificent church in the splendid Georgian style.
Steeple architect was Robert Smith ~ 1754.

I love the pic - the contrast between the strong vertical of the steeple and the sweeping curve of the railings is nicely done...I'm not at all sure about the wallpaper though, my eyes are sort of smarting now!! Seriously, I think it distracts from your great photo...
