Great shot! I visited Princeton on Nov 17th and took numerous photos of the station and the surrounding area. Unfortunately was unable to stay in town long enough for the first W/B Amtrak trn of the afternoon.

An interested in Princeton because the Chicago Ottawa & Peoria (later known as the "Illinois Valley") interurban operated north along Main St, ending at the CB&Q tracks. Am looking for vintage photos of the interurban cars and/or the CB&Q depot and trains there. If you have any leads or thoughts, please let me know.

My name is Wm Shapotkin, 510 Fifth St, Wilmette, IL 60091. Phone 847-251-2262. Email: TrainGG1@aol.com. Many thanks
