Bronze Statues

Innsbruck, Austria

The Hofkirche (Court Church) in Innsbruck with the cenotaph of Emperor Maximilian I is the most important historical monument in Tyrol.
The cenotaph is ringed by 28 larger than life (200-250 cm) bronze statues representing the Emperor’s ancestors, relatives and heroes.

Wow. Stopped by Innsbruck in my backpacker days, but must have missed the Hofkirche altogether.
