The Westerhever light house was built in 1907 on a dwelling mound in the salt marsh,
at the tip of the Eiderstedt peninsula.

Wow, the dynamic range of the lighting is amazing! It is a great place to go, one of the guardhouses is a park rangers field office and cabin. I remember staying there during field work for the univresit. The mood out there in the marshes is just awesome!
