There is just something special about the swamp in the fog.
The added separation between the layers of trees
helps to simplify an otherwise complex composition.

the first few bars of creedence clearwater revival's 'born on the bayou" came into my head when i saw this. i love the vertical lines in this image, especially how they smear into impressionism in the background. well done!
