CP 8537 AC4400W has a pinion from the motor cut out by workers on a siding in Carberry.
The motor piled and burned up and jammed the pinion up on it to the trucks.
One of these two guys had a torch to cut the pinion off so the locomotive can be taken to Moose Jaw for repairs he told me.
