This is Zaki, a friend I met downtown a few weeks ago while I was wondering around with my camera.
He was here at First Friday, a street event in the "arts" district of Downtown, Bakersfield.
I saw him, said hi and then asked if I could take his picture...
he's an amiable man and readily agreed.
Then I thought I'd better ask if I could put it up here on pbase and, again, he agreed.
I thanked him, and told him I'd have a print the next time I see him.
