I have to change the id of this specimen. It is actually Parornix obliterella. These two species (obliterella and peregrinaella) are very closely related and with very similar genitalia (which I didn't know at that time). Now that I have more material and more genitalia preparations I can now say that this is P. obliterella (strongly curved chitinised part of the ductus bursa and a broader and higher antrum - poorly seen in this photo.
