not sure at all what it is, but the tarsi seem to rule the leaf beetle hypothesis out.
if not for the weird antennae, my best guess would've been Endomychidae.
in such uncertain fam.-level ID cases it's always a good idea to start by ruling out tenebs (more often than not, a doomed undertaking: mystery beetles tend to be that family)
