Most he afternoon we had heavy cloud and the chance of an aurora looked unlikely as we arrived at Vik, but we headed out after a couple of stars were seen. We were rewarded with 15-20 minutes show in-between the scudding clouds. The day that followed was truly horrendous and was designated B&W day!
