As you can see, even at f/22, the dust you just saw, which I've still highlighted isn't hardly visible at all on a completely neutral surface. Now you imagine once it's brought to a reasonable f-stop between f/8 and f/11, how little if any would even show at all. Even then it would have to be a blue sky for anything to be impacted. Anything other than that would not be at all visibly affected.
