Focus Point is pretty much in the middle of the image just to the left of the Passenger side door of the truck cab. Level 3 sharpening applied (Low Amount) in RAW processing Software.
NOTE that the orange/brown paint on the truck did have a noticeable pattern of transition in the color, so what may appear as grain here is more the paint appearance on the truck.
