Ali... These shots were hand-held, and I was in a boat. Normally it's too heavy to hand hold very long, but it was the best solution in this situation. These are manual exposures at 1/4000 sec @f5.6, iso 2000

Tim, I keep dreaming of having a 500mm F4. I may rent one for a weekend. My question to you is how did you take these 3 shots of this eagle? Did you hand hold your lens? Did you use a tripod? I would be grateful if you let me know. Thank you, Ali.
