Mary Playing Sax

A group of musicians was playing swing music at a beach where we often go for coffee.
The drummer saw my camera and asked me to take some shots for them.
This is one I took of Mary, an ex co-worker.
As we enjoyed the music two pods of hump back whales swam past.
Good to be alive on a day like this.

Thanks Hal, didn't know you played sax.
Greg played too for a few years.

Great shot Elaine. Good to be asked to take shots of the band.
l used to play Tenor Sax. A lovely instrument.
And lucky to see the whales. They pass here but always
too far out.

Thanks very much, Sally. I did what I could but it is a very small veranda above the beach.

Lovely shot Elaine, and seeing the whales an added bonus.
Great composition too.
