3-3-2016 Double Crested Cormorant

During a brief break from the rain, I happened to stop at a 'mini' park. This cormorant, that is in breeding
plumage, happened to be perched very close by.

and l've never noticed breeding plumage on ours.

I have never seen one in breeding plumage. I love cormorant's because their eyes look like jewels! Excellent!
