Buildings very heavily packed together...like the broad expansive view. Great place to sit for a while and just watch.

Hal, you can always see Coromandel from Auckland, even Great Barrier.
And if you look very closely on the horizon on the left you will faintly see a long row of small hills covered in clouds. That’s Great Barrier. It is much easier to see on a better day.
The next photo I posted shows Little Barrier

Hal - we can always see Coromandel from North Shore, and also Great Barrier.
And if you look closely on the horizon on the left you can just faintly see a range of low hills - that's Great Barrier. Much clearer to see on a better day than when I took this photo
And the next photo I posted shows Little Barrier

l'm enjoying the tour as well, Janice.
l've never spent enough time up in Auckland.
More down Waikato way.
Never realised that you could see the Coromandel peninsula
from so far away.

Thanks Cindy. Not many people know too much about NZ, so I do like to share our views.
Photographers find the blue tinted windows quite a nuisance up there. The photos never look natural

I like the blue tint on this majestic view! You live in such a glorious part of the world. Thanks for sharing it!
