Laura Beth

Wisconsin

Tuesday, I went to a photo shoot that my friend, Lee Fenendael, had set up with model, Laura Beth Venechuk. We photographed Laura Beth in a variety of places around Ripon, Wisconsin. For this shot, Lee carried a wicker love seat on his back as we descended down a rope on a steep embankment. We were then down below a bridge by a stream. I crossed a stream on a tiny board (with M7 and NEX7 around my neck (yikes!!!!), trekked up and down hills and had an exciting three and a half hours. I will post a few from the shoot.
Laura Beth is so beautiful that her photos need virtually no touch-up. She was a delightful young woman to meet and work with.

Thank you, Mike, Fred, Terry, Bob, Lennart, Hal, Michael and Pat.
Michael, Laura Beth has brown hair with reddish highlights. In the photos taken with Portra 160 and my M7, the red is very apparent. She has perfect skin, so very little touch-up is required. When we were down here by the river, she got some mosquito bites and I had to touch those up in later shots.

Absolutely superb shooting, Cindy.
Is Laura Beth a redhead, as she appears? Your handling of her skin tones is magical...

Really wonderful work Cindy and a lovely model.
Clambering about with two valuable cameras hanging from you....
Glad you all survived safely. The results sure make it worthwhile.

This is a wonderfully sensitive image, Cindy. What a great experience you had!. B&W is perfect - I love the gray tones. Ahhhhh, youth!
