I noticed this wren's nest this morning for the first time. I returned this afternoon in more favorable light.

The light that you chose is so wonderful. It makes the colors so rich. I love the combination of the turquoise barrel, gold wheel and rusty parts with the green background. It was clever of the bird to re-purpose the gun and so poignant.,,, life springing out of a weapon of destruction. Your quote from the Bible was perfect.

I noticed the nest, but must have driven or walked past 100 times this year. I alway think about names for shots I like when the shutter fires. This time, though the quiet solitude at the Battlefield, I heard the phrase "They will beat their swords into ploughshares...".
I think I had help with the title, so I can't take credit...
