Over 2 dump truck loads of trees, tree limbs, and trash was removed from the back yard.
The kitchen chimney was taken down, and demo of walls inside went pretty quickly.
A new ASTM standard test method for brick integrity was formalized. As my father practiced back in the '70s, if a brick can be thrown from the top of a roof and it doesn't break up, it's structurally acceptable.
