This is actually NC Forest Service Canadair CL-215 water bomber used in fighting fires. Air Traffic Controllers at HKY took to calling it the "Ronald McDonald Plane" on occasion. And that fits with that color scheme. This plane can scoop up 1600 gallons of water in 12 seconds. Each engine develops 2200 hp EACH!
