Hello June & Warren,

I would like to draw the photograph (Fungi-2014-1) of the emerald green Turkey Tail Mushroom.

This would require a higher resolution image to get the details correct. Is this possible? I hope so!

What are your terms?

Thank you,

Laura Betti

P.S.

Hi Warren and June

I sent you a message a couple of weeks ago to enquire about purchasing one of your photos to use as the basis for a fabric print. Sorry to chase you but I just wanted to check if you received the message and see if this is something that would be a possibility??

Love your work!

Thanks

Anna

Hey Warren,
We have a architect/interior design business in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. For our office we would like to use one of your Rocks and Minerals photo's as a wallpaper. It would create great depth and color. We would like your permission to use it. Could you contact us?
Best Regards,

Hi Warren:

I'm designing a website for my cousin, who is a psychotherapist. She likes your photography, and we'd like to use some of it on the website. Would you please contact me about that? I have a new email from the one you had.

Thanks,
Nicolette Toussaint

Warren, I think your work is fantastic. I especially like your abstract work.
Another reason that I am writing to you is because one of my photography students is
developing a portfolio of ice abstractions. I require my students to contact a professional photographer whose work they like etc. I would like to ask you if it would be o.k. for him to contact you directly or through me concerning you life and work as a photographer. It would also be great if he could communicate some about you ice photography. I know you are busy, but we would really appreciate it. I tried to contact you on linkedin but they wouldn't let me since we don't know each other etc. Perhaps that would be a good way to communicate if you wouldn't mind. Just say we're colleagues and we can connect on linkedin or contact me at peter_b28@hotmail.com. Thanks so much! Pete Baglia

re: 16 Behaviors of a Serious Photographer.
Nice article but hard to identify when every pronoun is masculine. Why don't you change this listing to 2011 (I know, written in the 70's) so that when women photographers read it too, it will have much more meaning. Yes, I know, the photographer thing is paramount. But when I read something meant for ALL photographers and all I am reading is HE, HIS and HIM - I don't want to read any further. ANd I do want to read more of what you have written...

Thank you for the kind comments on my website (pbase.com/deanhueber). You have a unique gift for rendering the ordinary as extraordinary (tomato olive salad, for example). Love what I saw of your work:--)

You and my wife have very much in common, she doesn't like to bother the technical aspects of the digicam... for as long as she got an interesting capture and she can manage the framing... then that's it... and sometimes she even got great composition than mine... she'll just request me to set her camera to the right settings... then... trigger happy... afterwhich I do all the pp's... however, photography is our stress relief...

Welcome to Pbase, I too am a very recent member, and am continually impressed and inspired by the range of work posted here. As I have mentioned in individual comments: I really like your studies, you have a natural empathy with the subject, your camera is perfrectly 'fitting' the role that perhaps a paint brush or pencil would take with another type of artist.

Hello, June, I'm just now signed in and have not viewed any pix except the (lemon?)meringue pie, will now try to figure out how to navigate. BTW, apropos of the meringue, you should see the non-Newtonian liquids videos on YouTube: these liquids behave like living meringue (writhing up into peaks, etc).
