Wherever Tiger goes, thousands follow. He only played the back nine on this day and I had been focused on the front nine. I heard Tiger rumors all day, and decided to listen to the one that said he was getting ready to play the seventeenth. I had driven all the way to Akron a 2nd straight day because the man didn't play on the first day of practice rounds and I didn't want to miss my chance. Sure enough, there were swarms of people and I knew he was nearby. I came around a tent and he was right there standing on the tee. Kinda sureal to see him in person as opposed to TV. On the one side of the tee was level ground where everybody stood. I "had" to stand on the other side, where I was about 4 feet below looking up at him. So this picture makes him look even larger than life than he already is. I had about two seconds to get this picture and and as spur of the moment as it was, I still delivered a picture I feel to be one of the best shots I've ever taken. I had to compress it in size and quality in order to put it online but if anybody wants a beautiful print of this picture the size of a coffee table, just look me up and I'll hook you up with one. :-)
