I only saw this bird briefly, and my impression was that it was small and had a rapid wing-beat, so Sharpie. Looking at the picture, the rounded head-shape (which showed up in an out-of-focus profile shot too) looked like a Sharpie, but the eye size and placement looked ambiguous, and the thickness of the legs looked more like Cooper's. LATER: Experts agreed: it is a Cooper's.
