Jeanne and I are wearing pink hats. The rest are ladies from my office that got up at 4:30 this morning to get ready to do the Race for the Cure. They are all dedicated to this cause and run for us and the rest of the women and men that are suffering from this disease and to find a cure for it within our lifetimes. I pray not one more woman dies from this dreaded disease. Good things do come out of it. For instance, today. Women that do not even know each other get together and it is like you have known them all your life. It is an instant friendship and bond that can never be broken. I've met some of the most dearest people here and will continue to do so in the years to come.
