Typical area for tourists. Always drive by on my way to and from work. But, Fort Worth is where the west begins. My folks even tell me I live in West Texas and they live in Dallas! LOL!

WAIT A MINUTE ----- SCOTT, LA Lays claim to being where the WEST begins. The railroad stopped at Lafayette (Vermilionville) and if you were traveling west, this is where you were
