Saw this fellow pushing his cart down the street. Shot this yesterday morning and then saw him today downtown, pushing the same cart, wearing the same clothes. He was very clean so I'm not sure if he was homeless or not.

Homeless, have now access to night quarters.... including laundry and showers, rough lifestyles are going down the drain. ! :)
